We don't connect to your internal systems, email servers, or databases. No credentials, no network access to your infrastructure. If it didn't come through the upload link, we don't have it. There is no way for our automation to reach into your organisation — by design.
We process data only to deliver the agreed service. No profiling, no secondary use, no sharing with third parties. Every client on the Enterprise plan receives a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). For smaller plans, we're happy to sign one on request.
Client data lives in a dedicated, isolated environment. If you stop working with us, your server and all data associated with it can be permanently deleted within 30 days — and we'll confirm it in writing. Nothing is retained.
All infrastructure runs in EU-based data centres. Data does not leave the European Economic Area. This matters for public sector organisations, educational institutions, and anyone working with sensitive programme data.
